Common questions

How much does it cost to set up a company in SHAMS?

Packages start from around AED 5,750 for a licence with no visa, in authority fees. Visas, the establishment card, office and our fixed service fee are added on top. We send an itemised written quote before any work begins.

Can I get a UAE residence visa with a SHAMS company?

Yes. Each visa is added to your package, plus a one-time establishment card. Per-person costs include the entry permit, medical test, Emirates ID and health insurance. We confirm the exact visa allowance for your package in writing.

Is SHAMS right for my business?

SHAMS usually suits: media, marketing and creative work, freelancers moving to a company, consultancy and e-commerce. The right choice depends on your activity, where your clients are and how many visas you need. We compare options for you in a free consultation.

Can Marsa Gate open the bank account too?

Yes. We prepare a complete, bank-ready file and submit only to banks you approve. For bank account support you pay our fee only when the bank approves.
